Week Review

This last week was particularly busy and a bit... demoralizing. But there's no time for depression, there's only time for good vibes and activities.

Someone could think that I’ve lost a lot of time making efforts for something that, in the end, didn’t work. They’re right, even if I prefer to see the good side of everything. Although this week I’ve wasted a lot of time, I’ve learned something new and I’ve added new knowledge to that I had before.

Luckily, the weekend had been softer. I spent a bit of time baking and cooking for my daddy’s birthday lunch, on Saturday. I spend also a bit of time playing computer games. I tried a new game that is keeping me so much addicted. I will write a review for it in one of my next posts.

What’s more? It’s cold… not too much for the season, but too much for me. If I would be able to feel less cold, I would really love fall and winter. I don’t know why, but I can’t stand temperatures below 18°. Well, it’s time for me to wear my warm and soft pyjamas and put me under my warm and soft blankets, with my boyfriend warming my feet and my cat cuddled beside me.

How was your week? Something new in the past days? Let me know in the comments.

Night blesses you all

3 things I've loved this week

Sometimes we need a bit of relaxation, and this week was quite relaxing.

1. My boyfriend and I helped E. freeing her home from some furniture she couldn't bring with her to the new home. She's really a wonderful woman.

2. Given that E. would have left on Saturday for her new home, my aunt organized a meeting for Thursday at lunch. We met earlier in the morning and we helped E. with the last preparation and then we went out for lunch. We ate in a traditional restaurant. The place was a little full of people, but the food was very good!

3. I was particularly inspired by cooking. I prepared some delicious dishes and today I prepared a tasty and beautiful apple cake.

3 things I've loved this week

I'm so tired this week... but I'm very happy! I've been busy, more than the one before, but I was able also to find a bit of time for fun and for my lovely cat.

1. I renewed for the first time my driving license. They're already ten years I got it and this year I had my first renewal. Nothing particular, they asked me to read some letters from a certain distance and if I have any dangerous illnesses. My sight is perfect, as usual, and I don't have any illnesses that can be dangerous for driving.

2. My aunt asked me if I accompanied her to a friend of hers who had sold her home and she's moving to another city. This friend, E., had a lot of old and new things that couldn't bring with her to the new home, she asked my aunt if she needed anything. Meeting me, she asked me if I needed anything, and given that my boyfriend and I are starting to look for a home to buy, E. offered us to keep some furniture for the bedroom (a double bed, a couple of night tables, and a chest of drawers), a little table with two chairs and another old little piece of furniture. With my car I could only keep the smaller furniture, but, for the others, we will come back next week, in a van of the company of my boyfriend.

3. Today has been the birthday of a friend of ours and he invited us to eat Japanese food in our favorite all-you-can-eat restaurant.

3 things I've loved this week

Another week has gone by. It was very funny and productive.

1. The first thing I've loved this week had been Tuesday. In the morning I had a very good walk with two other friends and then I had lunch with my two older nieces. We spent the afternoon playing "Cards Against Humanity". They had so much fun that they've already asked me to repeat the afternoon.

2. I spent a bit of time with my mom. On Monday morning we got our manicure together and on Thursday morning we went together to the hairstylist.

3. The best thing that happened was on Saturday morning. My boyfriend and I had a long walk in one of our beautiful mountains. The weather was cloudy and high there was almost cold.

Lunch with a spectacular view.

We live somewhere down there

On the way back...

...we saw also a beautiful butterfly

3 things I've loved this week

This had been a very nice week.

1. I went shopping with my sister to discover a nice new clothing store, it's very cheap! I bought two pairs of shorts, one skirt, and 4 t-shirts. I was happy like a child on Christmas.

2. After the shopping I spent a bit of time with my sister and her animals: one dog and three cats. It has been a lovely day.

3. I finished the translation of the book and uploaded it... I think it will be published soon.

August is almost at its ending and the summer too. What about your holidays? Have you been somewhere? Or did you stayed at home? Let me know in the comments.

3 things I've loved this week

Hello everybody! How was your week?

My week has been particularly full of emotions and satisfaction. The translation is going very well. Tomorrow I will finish it then, on Tuesday, I will review it and finally, I will upload the finished work. As soon as the book will be published, I will share the link in one of my next posts!

1. A funny Wednesday night. The best friend of a friend of ours came to the north from Naples, so we organized a day where we played the funniest board games we have. She had so much fun that she bought two of the games we played together once she came back home.

2. Some walks, by myself or with my friend M. There were beautifully sunny and hot days, perfect for good walks into the woods and countryside.

3. The birthday of my friend G. We ate in a fantastic all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant and had a lot of fun! I ate some delicious sweet "rabbits bread", with cream, and I really loved them! I also met a girl who I still knew, but we both didn't remember. We met for the first time when we were children. She lent me the VHS of an old Disney cartoon and her sister taught me to play the board game "battleship". We spent most of the night chatting and laughing.

This week was full of news and good habits!

1. On Tuesday morning I went walking with my friend M. He lives in a beautiful little city at the foot of the mountains.

2. I received my first official order for a book translation from English into Italian! I'm so happy! I got to work immediately and I finished the first ten pages in only 8 hours.

3. I saw a roe deer in the field in front of my home. What a beautiful sight!

Week Review

Last week was particularly long, maybe because now I'm on vacation! This week I will spend a lot of time relaxing.

First of all, I stayed alone in the agency for two days. It was a nice experience. I discovered also that some of my damaged flowers re-bloomed again!

Then, on Saturday we organized a barbeque with some friends and my niece. We had a lot of fun. We ate and we played some board games. The house of our friend where we had the barbeque, has a very large garden, with also animals. There were five tortoises, two gods, a pony, and some chickens. The two dogs were so sweet and cute!

On Saturday morning I baked some pancakes for me and my boyfriend and then I baked my favorite cake for the afternoon. In the evening, I took a long bath, reading a book on my kindle, and listening to music.

Sunday Review

Hello readers!
Last week was so hot! But it's summer, so it's good as it is.

During my daily wolk, I sow many beautiful things.

A lot of white and grey herons. They are so elegant. I was able to take only one picture. Let's find it!
All along the way I usually walk, I saw also flowers and fruits. In front of my house, there is a nice old man that has a little vegetable garden where I so some growing pumpkins. I think they will be very big in autumn.

The best thing that happened was that I received a bouquet from a friend. He wanted to thank me for the help I gave him some days ago.

Week Review

Welcome back, Readers!

Last week has gone very quickly. We had two days of very bad weather, with thunderstorms and a lot of rain and wind. Luckily, the weekend was hot and sunny.

On Friday night we met with three other friends for a game to a board game. It was fun and it was so nice to see friends after so much time we've never seen.

3 things I've loved this week

Like the last 2 weeks, I spent this week at home, with my leg in plaster. But from thrusday I started to do some little walks...from the kitchen to the terrace :D

1. I spent a little of time in the terrace, under the sun, looking at the landscape behind our home.

2. I put a nice gold nail polish. I really liked it. I thought it was too lively, but it revealed soft enough for me. So lovely.

3. On saturday evening my boyfriend and I had dinner together and than played at a board game.

3 things I've loved this week

Hello readers!
How are you? What's the weather like there? Here is raining...it's 2 days it's raining without stopping one houre. But, no problem. Life is going too much well for worring about rain.
Last week was the fist week I've worked from monday to friday, from 9am to 6pm. In the weekend I hung out with friends and boyfriend and I met my sister. I felt so strange I didn't have to work on saturday and sunday.

This week was so well to...

1. I loved spending a little of time outside, during my lunchtime with my new collegue, chatting under the first sun of the near spring.

2. I loved signing my new contract. My new job is really good. Actually I'm working alone, after they tought me how to do all. They trust me so much and I'm so happy. They told me that (unofficially) I'm an area manager. Wonderful!

3. I loved the afternoon of Saturday that I spent playing D&D 5th edition at the Golden Sickle. It was an official event organized by the Wizard company. It was so funny! I will play again at the next event. After it, my boyfriend wanted to have dinner together, so we went to our favourite cinese restaurant.

How was your week? Tell me about it!

Nice Sunday!

3 things I've loved this week

Took from me
Hello readers!

My last week have been really busy and funny. I worked, had my private lessons and saw my friends and boyfriend.

1. I descovered I lost 10kg! Wow! wanderful! A friend of mine saied me that he saw my face slimmer then before, so he made me curious. And it was true.

2. On Saturday I worked for the last time at the restaurant. And I am so happy I left it. They mistreated me and the schedule was absolutely auful.

3. I spent my first Sunday at home with my family. In the morning I did the shopping with my mum, than we eat all together. Early in the afternoon I slept a pair of hours and than I studied a bit for the next violin lesson. For dinner we ate pizza with my sister and her boyfriend.

I'm really loving my new life. I've always wanted a life like this: working during the day and staying home in the evening and in the weekend.

3 things I've loved this week

This week wasn't so good for me, but I have something good to share with you. I spent the most of the time illed. The flu of this winter is absolutely bad.

1. First of all, I signed a new job contract with the restaurant where I'm working now. The contract will expire at the end of March so...I'm not sure it will become an apprenticeship or something else longer. Fortunately I'm not desponding. There are other possibility all around me, I have only to look for them.

2. For a dinner, I cooked a pizza with a box of puff pastry I found in the fridge. I cooked it really simply: tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and grated zucchini.
3. For Tuesday dinner, with my boyfriend, I cooked really tasty gnocchi with speck and cream. So good!

3 things I've loved this week

This week gone almost in tranquillity. I worked a lot, especially in the evening and I thought everyday to my new job. I can't wait for it, I0m so excited and a bit nervous.
1- This week I loved my free mornings. I had the possibility to sleep a little more than usually and...
2- ...I had the possibility to study better the Christmas songs I will play with the violin for the Christmas concert of the music school.
3- Thinking to the path I've run untill now, I loved (and I'm still loving) the decisions I've made. They are really brave and now I know that I shouldn't be afraid of "what could be in future" because it's only an excuse that stop me.

How was your week? Let me know in the comments,

Have a nice Sunday.
