Anime Review: The promised Neverland - Season 1

"The Promised Neverland" is an anime series I found on Amazon Prime Video.

Emma, Norman, and Rey are three 11 years old orphans who live in a Victorian-style orphanage. Their live a carefree life between playing, rest, and daily aptitude tests. One day, another little girl from the orphanage leaves for reaching the family who adopted her but she forgets a soft toy she's fond of. Emma and Norman notice it, so decide to bring it to their friend before she leaves, but when they go out of the gates of the orphanage, they see something frightening.

Good, good, and good again. It's strange and, at certain points, disturbing, but it's really nice.
The orphanage is built on a very large terrain enclosed by a high wall that doesn't let anyone see outside it. Why children shouldn't watch outside the orphanage? What's there that they can't discover?

Have you seen this anime? What do you think about it? Have you ever been to an orphanage or do you know someone who lived in a structure like that? Let me know in the comments.

Night blesses you all

Anime Review: Beastars

Carnivores and herbivores try to live together peacefully, but the instinct can't be ignored so easily. Everything starts with the assassination of a student. Anyone know who could be the murderer. Then a wolf student loses his mind and tries to eat a young bunny girl, but he stops just in time and doesn't eat her. After that event, he realizes that he has fallen in love with the young bunny girl.

The anime is a Netflix original production and I really loved it. "thanks" to the quarantine, I watched it only in one day, and now I'm waiting for the second season. It's a shojo (anime for girls) and it has a simple story with no particular plot twists.

Have you seen it? What do you think about it? Let me know in the comments!

Have a nice day.

Anime Review - Overlord 3rd season

Welcome back, readers!

Some weeks ago I finished watching the 3rd season of Overlord.

In this season Momonga goes on with its project of conquering the world where he's living after the closure of the server of the game he was playing. The next target of his project is the city where lives the emperor, a very young and inexperienced man. And, as usual, Momonga wants the city doing something really obscure.

There are a lot of nice surprises but I think this anime isn't so foregone enough yet. I like Overlord because it has a lot of references to the world of RPGs and D&D in particular. RPGs are actually a style in these last years so...why don't create something that talks about?

Did you saw it? What do you think about? And, what do you think about the style of nerds and RPGs? Tell in the comments below.

See you next post.
