Week Review

This last week was particularly busy and a bit... demoralizing. But there's no time for depression, there's only time for good vibes and activities.

Someone could think that I’ve lost a lot of time making efforts for something that, in the end, didn’t work. They’re right, even if I prefer to see the good side of everything. Although this week I’ve wasted a lot of time, I’ve learned something new and I’ve added new knowledge to that I had before.

Luckily, the weekend had been softer. I spent a bit of time baking and cooking for my daddy’s birthday lunch, on Saturday. I spend also a bit of time playing computer games. I tried a new game that is keeping me so much addicted. I will write a review for it in one of my next posts.

What’s more? It’s cold… not too much for the season, but too much for me. If I would be able to feel less cold, I would really love fall and winter. I don’t know why, but I can’t stand temperatures below 18°. Well, it’s time for me to wear my warm and soft pyjamas and put me under my warm and soft blankets, with my boyfriend warming my feet and my cat cuddled beside me.

How was your week? Something new in the past days? Let me know in the comments.

Night blesses you all

Welcome September

OMG! September came so quickly!

Summer is almost ended and autumn is at the doors. This means that cold days are coming too and also those beautiful colors of the leaves on the streets and on the fields.

In my idea, Fall means also hot teas and chocolate, hot soups, Yankee candles and incense, sofas, books, and soft wholly blankets. People seem to wiggle a little more, maybe for getting back the retired works of the summer holidays.

Do you like Fall? What are your favorite activities during this period? Let me know in the comments.

Night blesses you.

Netflix Series Review - Dark

Source: https://bit.ly/37UcNNG

"Dark" is a German Netflix original series that talks about time travel. It's divided into 3 seasons and it's currently closed.

2019. In the small city of Winden disappear two children. The following researches reveal mysteries and secrets about four families: the Kahnwald, the Nielsen, the Doppler, and the Tiedemann. Moreover, during the researches happen some strange events like the falling of copious birds and strong and strange electric pulses that blow the electricity all over the city. Most of the older inhabitants remember that the same events also happened 33 years before when disappeared another child of the Nielsen family.

The first season is articulated on three timelines, each one distant 33 years: 2019, 1986, 1953. I found it slower than the others, but the reason is simple: there is a high quantity of information.

The second season space out between the year 1921 and the year 2052. It's slow, but like the first, it's still full of information that finally seems to lead somewhere.

At last, the third season comes back in time until the year 1888. Into the second to last episode were included a tracking shot of other years that let us set the last pieces of the story. I found this last season very quick and sometimes a bit overwhelming, but still great!

The end is beautiful, surprising, and that I've never imagined because, like the protagonists, I thought that all the events would start from a point but they started before instead.

The entire series is based on the auto-consistency principle that says, essentially, that the past is immutable and so anyone would come back to change it, will be led to get it done again (see "Novikov self-consistency principle").

Have you seen the series? What do you think about it? Would you like time-traveling? Let me know in the comments.

See you soon

What I love about...Spring

I love Spring, it's one of my favorite seasons: full of colors and life. You can find new energy everywhere and you can use it for the best activities you prefer: running, walking, working, cleaning, and so on.

Some weeks ago, before they forced us to stay at home, I went out for a good walk and had to take some pictures of those colorful flowers.

This is also the period of Sakura blossom in Japan. I'm following a FB page where they're publishing some beautiful pictures of cherry trees blossom. It's so suggestive. One day I will go to Japan, and I will see this beautiful event with my own eyes.

What do you like about spring? Is there somewhere you would like to visit, more than others, in this period? Let me know in the comments.

Good night lovelies

There is something new...

There is a new lifestyle for a new me.
I reached a point of no return and I could do nothing more than take a few steps back.

First of all: I started a healthier diet. I decided it was time to see a nutritionist and let him to suggest me the better way for losing weight. And he suggested me very well! In 5 months I have lost 10kg, and I'm still losing weight! I'm very happy and satisfied.

In the second place, I needed to change my job. I was no more able to effort all that pressure from those 2 cold persons I worked with and I was no more able to accept to work for making richer rich people. I want to make real my dreams and no one except me can realize them. So I started this healthier and beautiful new job.

Now I'm spending more time at home (quarantine or not), and I'm dedicating more attention to my self-care and family. When we can go out, I go on walking almost every day, and when we can't go out, I do some workouts twice or three times per week.

In this period I found again my passion for cooking, so...I often prepare something delicious.

Well, I'm printing again with the 3D printer. I'm so happy. We had some problems with the machine, but now we fixed them and we're printing again almost full time. The theme of the moment is Pokémon.

I also discovered a new passion: nails and everything concerns with them. I really like nail art, and I'm trying to do always something new. My boyfriend's mom is always ready to offer herself as cavy giving me the possibility of exercise on someone else's nails.

Well, what else? Nothing more for the moment. I'll write something new soon.

Good night everyone.

Week Review

Last week was particularly long, maybe because now I'm on vacation! This week I will spend a lot of time relaxing.

First of all, I stayed alone in the agency for two days. It was a nice experience. I discovered also that some of my damaged flowers re-bloomed again!

Then, on Saturday we organized a barbeque with some friends and my niece. We had a lot of fun. We ate and we played some board games. The house of our friend where we had the barbeque, has a very large garden, with also animals. There were five tortoises, two gods, a pony, and some chickens. The two dogs were so sweet and cute!

On Saturday morning I baked some pancakes for me and my boyfriend and then I baked my favorite cake for the afternoon. In the evening, I took a long bath, reading a book on my kindle, and listening to music.

How was your week? Let me know in the comments.

Have a nice new week.

Sunday Review

Hello readers!
Last week was so hot! But it's summer, so it's good as it is.

During my daily wolk, I sow many beautiful things.

A lot of white and grey herons. They are so elegant. I was able to take only one picture. Let's find it!
All along the way I usually walk, I saw also flowers and fruits. In front of my house, there is a nice old man that has a little vegetable garden where I so some growing pumpkins. I think they will be very big in autumn.

The best thing that happened was that I received a bouquet from a friend. He wanted to thank me for the help I gave him some days ago.
How was your week? Something particular happened? Let me knoe in the comments!

Loving This Summer

Hello readers! How are you?

Summer is my favorite season. It's hot, it's sunny, it's colorful! I love all those flower, but I love more aromatic plants like basil, tyime, origan and so on.
In summer animals seem to be sweetier. My cat Yeti, for exemple, he loves roll around the terrace, under the sunlight, but when the weather is too hot, Yeti prefers to stay inside, outstretched on the airiest windowsill of the house. My dad sometimes lets free his turtle and she's so sweet.
This summer I discovered also some delicious lemonades in the bar next to the estate agency where I work. My favorite is the lemon, ginger and honey lemonade.
With my boyfriend we didn't go anywhere yet, maybe next month we will go somewhere with friends.

Do you have any programs for this summer? What are you projecting to do? Let me know in the comments.

Have a nice weekend.

Relaxing weekend

Hello readers!

It's a long, long time I don't write something. I'm so sorry, I have been busy.

Last weekend was particularly relaxing for me.

On Saturday my aunt and me went to a trip in Verona. In the morning we visited the "Xmas village" in Bussolengo, in the province of Verona. There was a lot of Christmas decorations and a lot of sweets and chocolates. I loved some coloured endless roses, they were fantastic. For lunch we ate in a farmhouse. It was nice.

In the afternoon we went to the centre of Verona for visiting the Christmas markets. They were small, but very nice. There, I found a beautiful swarowski ring for me and a parure composed by earring and necklace for my mom. There was also the arena to see and a big lighted star in front of the arena. We came back for dinner and than I fall asleep very early.

On Sunday, my boyfriend and I went to the Festival of the Orient where we saw many oriental things. There was a lot of stands with jewels, souvenirs, food, drink and other, all coming from Asia. There was also three stages where were performed many themes like dances, chinese and japanese tea ceremony, yoga, aura and chi lessons, and many other I didn't participate. There were also two conferences room where they talked about many oriental things, uses and habits. There was a lot of food stands, some were italian food stands and they were all delicious. Early in the afternoon we did some shopping, buying some licorice, a ring and a necklace. After shopping we came back home earli in the evening.

How was your weekednd? I hope you had a beautiful time.

Fall Favorites 2018

I think fall is the season of relaxing. It gives us a lot of beautiful landscapes thanks to its colors.

TEA: I love tea, all kind of tea, and I usually have one type for each moment of the day. For breakfast, I have "English Breakfast" tea with lemon and biscuits, for the afternoon I usually drink a cup of "Earl Grey" or "Darjeeling" and in the evening I prefer herbal tea or camomille tea.

COFFEE: I like cappuccino with sugar and a lot of milk.

CANDY OR COOKIES: I really love cookies and cakes, better if they are made of chocolate.

DINNER: any kind of vegetable soups.

SCARF: now that I tided my wardrobe, I've found a lot of scarves in it. I will use them alternating.

COAT: for the autumn I always use the wool coats made by my mother. They are so soft and warm.

SHOES: my favorite pair of shoes are a pair of caramel bootie, but sometimes I use also a pair of black one.

SCENTED CANDLE: I've just found a green tea scented candle and I'm really liking it.

ACTIVITY: I like playing computer games, watching films or hanging out with friends. But my favorite activity is reading a book, lying on my bed, with a good scented candle lighted up and a burning fire sound as ambiance.

Do you have any favorite tea for the Autumn? Do you have any favorite scented candle? What do you like the most doing in autumn? Let me know in the comments.

Summer holidays

Hello readers! How are you? How is going your summer?

Mine was a little confused. I spent the most of the time taking care of my broken leg, but last week I spent three beautiful days in a five-stars spa hotel with my boyfriend. We wanted to celebrate our permanent employment staying at a luxurious hotel and it was great. Wonderful room, wonderful pools, and wonderful food. We found also a beautiful weather. Sun and hot, and a nice refreshing breeze.

Summer purchases

Hello readers! How's going your summer?

I finally recovered almost completely my leg. Now I can start again working even if I still have to pay attention. I have to be patient too because sometimes it still hurts. But it doesn't matter! Now I'm fine and yesterday morning I went for a little shopping.

I took advantage of sales and I bought some new makeup products so I can through away some old ones. I bought also two swimsuits, a pair of jeans shorts, a bathrobe and a pair of slippers for the pool...yes, my boyfriend and I will go to the spa also this year, but...in summer this time. Now that our jobs let us have vacationed in summer, during the same days, we want to enjoy them!
