Game review: Zombicide

Hello my dear followers!

It's a bit of time I didn't write posts...I'm really, really sorry. In the last weeks I have been very buisy, especially at work. But I finally found a little time for write a post, only for you!

Two weeks ago I met with some friends for a "tranquil" game at Zombicide. It's one of my favourite board-games.  When we play all together we laugh a lot.

Grey miniatures=zombies; coloured miniatures=our characters.

Well, as you read into the title of the game, it is about zombies. In the game you are a survivor of a zombie apocalypse that have to complete the quest of the moment running away from zombies. You can kill them, or rather, you must kill the zombies because they spawn each turn...and you have to stay alive. During each turn you can search for some objects into the rooms of the buildings, move and engage zombies. There are 4 levels of difficulty: blue, yellow, orange and red. The difficulty level increase every zombie you kill. At each level your character gain particular powers that let you stay alive easier or have more possibilities to kill more zombies at each turn.

Last time I played this game it has been a "tranquil" game, even if...we had to restart it a second time because we failed the mission the firs time in only 2 turns. But the second game was better. Our mission was to collect 4 pieces in 4 different buildings and we have been succesful: we collectied all the pieces and we staied alive.

The last piece has been collected!

What's in your bag?

Today I will share with you a TAG I read on the blog of a friend of mine: what's in your bag?

I was searching for new ideas for my strange blog and I thought could be nice writing a post like this.

Well in my bag I usually put a lot of things, but there are some of theme I can't stay without...

1- First of all: dice. Yes, since when I started role playing games I can't forget dice at home.

2- Cards...two kind of cards. Some weeks ago my friends and I started a new RPG with poker cards instead of dice. The second kind of cards are those of the card game "Magic". They're my new passion.

3- A good Diary that remember me when I have to go work. I don't have the same schedule every day, so I need something helps me to remember them.

4- Jottery and pen. I like writing and good ideas could come into view in every moment. So I always have a little jotter with me, noting down those ideas.

5- My little Kindle "Kinder". I love books, but I can't bring all of them in my bag. I really like Kindle because I can read one book now and another in 10 minutes.

These are the things can't miss in my bag. And you? What's in your bags?

Game review: Relic

Hello everybody! How are you?
Today I'm going to talk about "Relic", a boardgame set in the universe of Warhammer 40.000 in which you assume the role of powerful heroes.

It's an adventure game based on the foundations of "Talisman" system: on each turn, a player rolls a single six-sided die before moving playing piece that number of spaces clockwise or counter-clockwise around the region of the board it currently occupies (outer, midder or inner). That player then drow a card o cards to see what he has encountered, pitting his heroic persona against foul enemies, dangerous locations and fantastic strangers. All the while, heroes rise in power, as thery work their way toward the ultimate goal at the centre of the board.

The first time I played this game I was so enthusiastic that I was always looking foreward to play again and again. It is fantastic. Now, my boyfriend gave us this board game as a present do our anniversary.

Just a minute in...February

My new passion

Hi friends!
Two monthes ago I descovered a new passion hanging out with friends. This new passion is called "Magic" and it is a cards game. It's really funny.

At the beginning I plaied only with my boyfriend, but now I also play with friends. I started with some old cards my sister gave me many years ago and now I'm buying new cards every month creating new decks. This game is a nice way to stay out with friends in our favourite bar-comics shop in front of a good cap (or glass) of tea.

5 products I can't stay without

Dear readers! How are you?
I'm actually sick, so I'm at home and I have a bit of time writing something new in my blog.

Today I would write about 5 make-up products I love the most. I find them on-line, through a health and wellness company's web site I knew 4 years ago.

1- Warming cream: it's my favourite cream. It halps exhausted or damaged muscles to relax. I usually use it during the night and in the moarning my back is new again!

2- Eyes pencil: like other girls I use make-up products. I love this eyes pencil: it's so soft and so easy to apply.

3- Lipstick: with the eyes there is only one other thing I like highlight in my face with make-up: my lips. I usually use lipsticks instead of lip gloss. My favourite color is Copper.

4- Hand cream: since when I started work in a kitchen, in contact with a terrible antibacterical soap, I descovered this wonderful cream that heal my hand rapidly.

5- Volume Shampoo: I love it because after I wash them with it, my hair are very soft.
